Brian T. Freeman

Brian T. Freeman is a licensed attorney in Florida and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, having been admitted to the Bar in 2003. Attorney Freeman graduated from Suffolk University Law School with high honors and earned the prestigious distinction of being selected for the school’s law review. Prior to law school Attorney Freeman earned his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Michael’s College, where he studied accounting and tax matters. Attorney Freeman joined Casey Lundregan Burns in June, 2021, and has been a valuable addition to the firm.

At our office, Attorney Freeman specializes in fiduciary litigation. His prior background in accounting and tax planning makes Attorney Freeman well suited for this area of practice which often involves integration between financial and legal matters. Additionally, he has extensive litigation and trial experience, having previously worked at a litigation firm in Boston for more than twelve years.

Attorney Freeman is a life-long resident of the North Shore, and highly values his community.  He is a member of the Essex Country Bar Association and Lynn Bar Association.  He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Lynn Bar Association.
