Raeha S. Noel

Raeha S. Noel is an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court in the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Noel is an experienced attorney with a practice focused on housing, real estate, and condominium law matters. She brings with her extensive experience and practice in assisting and advising individuals and business entities in a variety of legal matters including summary process proceedings, purchase and sales agreements, land court title matters, and boundary disputes for several years before joining Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C.

Attorney Noel’s experience also includes representation of individuals in Probate Court matters including formal and informal probate of estate, petitions for guardianship, and divorce.

Raeha graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. While attending law school, Attorney Noel interned with the Juvenile Court Justices at the Suffolk County Juvenile Court assisting with research and drafting opinions. In her third year of law school, Raeha participated in Suffolk University’s Juvenile Defenders clinic as a Rule 3:03 attorney representing children between the ages of 12 and 18 charged with criminal offenses.
