Christopher T. Casey has been practicing law for over thirty years and is a lifelong resident of the North Shore.  Since graduating from New England Law - Boston in 1992, he has practiced in the District, Housing, Land, Probate, Superior and Appeals Courts in Massachusetts.

Attorney Casey brings over three decades of his legal knowledge to assisting families through the probate administration process, advising his estate planning, private real estate and fiduciary litigation clients. In addition to his private clients, he serves as Counsel to the Housing Authorities of Amesbury/Merrimac, Beverly, Gloucester, Provincetown and Salem. He also is a certified conciliator and mediator, specializing in fiduciary litigation. In addition, he represents private parties in helping resolve family disputes in the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next.

He has served on the Executive Committee of the Essex County Bar Association since 1995, where he currently serves as Secretary, is a long-standing member of the Greater Lynn Bar Association, where he is currently an Executive Committee Member, and has served since 2000 as a Member of the Marblehead Zoning Board of Appeals. He was elected an Essex County Commissioner in 1994 and served until 1999 and was a past President of the Salem Rotary Club. Attorney Casey formerly served as: an Advisory Board Member of the Salvation Army; Trustee of the Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical Institute; Member of the North Shore Catholic Charities; Secretary of the Friends of Lynn/Nahant Beach Association; Counsel and Secretary to the Corinthian Yacht Club; and as Counsel to both Salem Five and Eastern Banks.

He and his wife Sharon have three children and reside in Marblehead. The Casey Family are active Members of Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish, where Attorney Casey serves on the Parish Council.
