Attorney Harvey has been practicing law since 1988. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a staff writer and editor of the Transnational Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Harvey was awarded a position as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Since then, she has spent her legal career litigating probate matters, particularly those relating to the rights of elderly and disabled individuals and their families. She has served on the statewide Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Workforce Council, which supports efforts to keep elderly and disabled persons at home, rather than in nursing home facilities. Prior to joining Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C., Attorney Harvey practiced law at Harvey Law Offices in Salem.
Attorney Harvey is a skilled attorney at Case Lundregan Burns, P.C., who focuses her practice on probate administration as well as guardianship and conservatorship matters in probate courts throughout the Commonwealth. She also creates customized estate planning for families of all ages. She is dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities.
Attorney Harvey is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Harvey has three grown sons and is a lifelong resident of the North Shore. Attorney Harvey enjoys trying new activities, including skydiving, falconry, and atlatl throwing.
