Denise Leydon Harvey

Attorney Harvey has been practicing law since 1988. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a staff writer and editor of the Transnational Law Review. Following law school, Attorney Harvey was awarded a position as judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Since then, she has spent her legal career litigating probate and civil matters, particularly those relating to the rights of disabled individuals and their families. Prior to joining Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C., Attorney Harvey practiced law at Harvey Law Offices in Salem.

Attorney Harvey is a skilled attorney at Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C. who focuses her practice on customized estate planning for families of all ages and probate administration in probate courts throughout the Commonwealth. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities. She has also served on the statewide Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Workforce Council, which supports efforts to keep elderly and disabled persons at home, rather than in nursing home facilities. Attorney Harvey is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  Attorney Harvey has three grown sons and is a life-long resident of the North Shore.
