Yoscairy Raymond brings a strong background in client advocacy, program coordination, and administrative leadership to Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C. Her professional experience spans healthcare, education, nonprofit administration, and business operations, where she has consistently supported individuals and organizations through complex processes with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Prior to joining the firm, Yoscairy served as a Medical Social Worker at Lynn Community Health Center and as a Program Coordinator with Boston Children’s Hospital Ophthalmology Foundation, where she managed vendor coordination, employee communications, and compliance-related processes. She also worked as a Student Liaison at Chelsea High School and as Assistant Program Director for Centerboard’s STEP-UP independent living program for teen parents, supporting families through structured programs while maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.
In addition to her nonprofit and healthcare experience, Yoscairy is the Founder and CEO of Olive Branch Financial Services, where she oversees client accounts and provides services including tax preparation, business registration, notary services, certified translations, and administrative support. Through this role, she has developed strong organizational, client-service, and operational management skills that translate seamlessly to a fast-paced legal setting.
Yoscairy is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for her professionalism, collaborative approach, and commitment to client service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Saugus Public Library Foundation and has been recognized for her leadership as a recipient of the “29 Who Shine” State Award and as a member of the SSU 40 Under 40 Class of 2023.
