Thomas J. Mehlich is an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Having extensive experience in representing residential and commercial landlords and property managers, Attorney Mehlich has concentrated his practice in the areas of housing, residential real estate, and condominium law.
Attorney Mehlich graduated from Suffolk University Law School. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Mehlich was admitted to the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law as a staff writer, where he later served as a Note Editor in his third year. His published work, Critiquing the Third Circuit’s Reluctance to Find Error Where Prison Sentences Are Imposed to Promote Defendants’ Rehabilitative Needs¸ was included in the seventeenth edition of the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law in 2020. Attorney Mehlich was inducted to Phi Delta Phi, the United States’ oldest legal organization in continuous existence, in 2021.
Prior to attending law school, Attorney Mehlich graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in History from Suffolk University. He also served as President of the Suffolk University Club Hockey team.
Attorney Mehlich resides in East Boston. In his free time, he fastidiously maintains a sneaker collection and enjoys skiing on weekends away.
