Lina Kim is the Probate Manager at Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C., focusing primarily on probate administration and fiduciary litigation matters. Lina seeks to serve clients with compassion and provide thorough and attentive representation.
Lina graduated with Honors from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Women’s Law Caucus and co-founded and led the Christian Law Caucus. During law school, Lina had the opportunity to clerk for Judge Ling-Cohan in the First Judicial Department of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, interned at the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, and worked at two law firms in the Financial District in Boston.
Prior to law school, Lina graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in history, with a focus on the Cold War era. While pursuing her history degree, Lina also worked as the U.S. Managing Editor/Global Affairs Editor for an international newspaper, where she enjoyed writing on issues of human rights, education, and international politics.
Lina was born and raised on Long Island, New York. She has lived in Boston for the past nine years, and calls Brookline home. In her spare time, Lina enjoys creatively writing, serving with her church, inventing new recipes, and hosting dinner parties for friends. Her bacon-wrapped dates filled with goat cheese are truly mind blowing.
